Welcome to BPN luigino!! A very beautiful first post to kick things off for you :-)

The interaction is top notch and well timed. Had you been a bit more to your right you may have had a better head angle on the left bird (but kinda hard to predict this sort of action ahead of time!!). Good exposure, although the perch could be toned down a bit. As fo comp, I would add some canvas top and bottom, and crop some off the left.

Very well done...looking forward to more!

Luigino:

Daniel hit the high points for you. Very fine first post.

It is very helpful to include the technical details, camera, lens, settings, tripod, etc. Also a comment about your post processing if anything special. That helps us all evaluate your image, and perhaps make suggestions.

Look forward to seeing more.

Luigino:

Thanks for the techs. It is always helpful. I shoot a D300 and D700, so always nice to have another Nikon fellow on board!

Welcome to BPN Luigino! Terrific interaction, and nice that you got both birds sharp. I'd take a little off the left, add a bit of canvas up top, and a bit more at the bottom of the frame. We like to see complete tech specs, including aperture, shutter speed, ISO, EC, flash, and camera support; it really helps when critiquing images. Look forward to seeing more of your photos on BPN!

This is a most colorful image with loads of behavior. Great sharpness in the birds.

Welcome.

Love the behavior. Would love to see them more centered in the frame. Excellent PS work!

Welcome to BPN, Luigino! Great first post. I like the interaction, details and BG. Aside from adding canvas, I would adjust the midtones to 0.90-0.95 or so as it looks a bit bright as presented. Keep them coming!

Beautiful composition (great diagonal line), OOF background and sharpness! I would prefer it slightly darker (-1/3)

Welcome Luigino, Where are you from? Where was the image made? Please include the tech info with your posts: lens, camera, exposure, etc.

Wonderful colors, interaction, and sharpness. I would like a bit more room above and below. Heck, either a VERT or a SQUARE would work well too. Hope to see lots more of your great images.
