Everglades NP.
Many thanks to Joanne Williams and her "Fotoboat" for a fabulous 2 days, highly recommended.
I was perched up on the poling platform at the stern of the boat to get a better angle for this shot, I would have wished for a less busy BG, but grabbed what's on offer.

Tes the BG is tough , but I wouldn't pass it up either. The "semi-pano" works very well here.

The BG may not be idea, but the capture works as is IMHO. It tells a story and depicts the environment nicely. Love the feet. You have eye contact with all three birds. The exposure is good and you have great detail in the white chest feathers.

Love the trio eye contact, sharpness is very good, perch is perfectly level but BG is busy. I would selectively blur out the big leaves to help the birds stand out.

BG is busy but that's where they live!! :)

Very true.
Thanks Maxis

I like the details, head angles and don't mind the busy BG at all. Maybe a bit more space left and right?
