There are only three seasons in Bangkok, summer, raining and (very short) winner. Now it's near the end of summer and beginning of raining season.

Thunder storm is common during raining season and last night there was one. The lighting knocked off my apartment power, with nothing to do I grabbed my camera and tripod and hopefully catch some lighting. Wish I could set my camera on the balcony but afraid the lighting might hit me, so I took the picture from inside the apartment with window opened.

Good move staying inside :) Did you use a lightning trigger?

Captured a good one and like the light detail in the buildings You can make some good ones from up there ... just set up the trigger stand back and enjoy !!!
