Shot this in Texas less than a week ago. A bit of noise on bkrnd due to the conversion

I like the mottled colors on this one. Nice head turn and crest and I also like the the contours of the perch.

Super comp, wth a great pose. The colours look well exposed, and I would maybe do some NR on the BG.

Good looking bird Dave !!! I like the pose and perch bg noise should be an easy fix !!! I like it a lot !!!

Perch, pose, colours and BG all lovely - some significantly clipped reds which if desaturated slightly bring back some nice feather detail.

Nice perch, pose, perch, and head angle. Before de-SAT-ing the REDs try adding 40-80 points of CYAN to the REDs in Selective Color. See the REDucation thread in Educational Resources.
