Something old and new
This old abandoned bedroom in Bodie, California, is in a state of "arrested decay". The inhabitant of this room has long gone... But where did this inhabitant go? Outside, to the new world?
Standard color picture of a bedroom in Bodie. Used Nik Color FX Pro to make a b/w layer, then mixed this in with the original shot to take out most of the color. Selected the window panes and added rendered clouds and lens flare effects for the other-worldly look out the window.
