Love the soft light and strong diagonals As presented I would rather have some of the bottom Most of the action is on the top part

An alternative composition would have been at a longer focal length and isolating the upper left quadrant Having the slope on the right from just under the bumpy rock Light play would have been stronger Interested to see what others think !!!

I might suggest a panoramic crop that would eliminate some of the distracting foreground. It also accentuates the curve in the middle of the image.

Love the lighting and detail in the shadows. Would crop a bit off the bottom too. :)

I like David's recrop as the FG detracts from the subject - the mountains in the middle ground and BG and the nice use of diagonal slopes and lines.

Sweet light falling on the BG Joel. I agree that the lower foreground is superfluous and that David's crop works well.
