This is 32 year old Richard Whitehead of Nottingham .

He participated in the open division of the Boston Marathon this past Monday.
Here he is starting the climb up the famous Heartbreak Hill in Newton
Richard went on to finish the marathon in 3 hours 2minutes and 44 seconds
