Wild Baby Alligator.

Taken at Anderson Park on Lake Tarpon, in FL. Saw him while walking along the boardwalk trail.

Played with some fill flash.

This lens really only seems to perform at close range.

Well spotted. I would be keeping an eye over my shoulder for a bigger one while I was taking this! A polarizer would help you with the reflections from the water.

Í fully agree with Barry here...a polarizer would really make a difference here. Also a bit tighter framing might have worked better....but I see that you're already at your maximum focallenght, so perhaps you could crop it a bit?
