Did a coloured pencil, cut-out, and solar effect. Dodging and burning for the lights and darks to give it a bit more of a 3D effect.

Jackie, I really like the vibrant colors and the electric green edging, I smudged the cut-out look in the center only, thought it would soften it a bit. Hope you like it-if not the circular file!!Your black BG is great and I like the close-up crop-Well done. Jackie, I had no idea you were so creative!!:)
