Hi Folks,
It's been a while since I've posted here, but the newsletter promted me to have a look and submit something.
Here is recent image of one the many Short-eared Owls I've been fortunate enough to be able to photograph.

Great details, eye contact, perch and complementing BG. I would put the bird a bit higher in the frame. Keep them coming!

Agree with Axel on all counts ... also maybe lighten the right eye a bit.

Very nice image. I like pretty much everything about this one. The color, perch, light, and soft sharpness of this beautiful owl. Agree with a little more on the bottom and a little less on top if you got it.

Nice detail and pose. I agree there is too much negative space on top.
