In this one I liked the shadows this pinetrees gave...

Jose,

I like the idea and the shadows are intriguing. I like the mountains in the BG I think if you cropped out the sky on the top that would make the image stronger. Again posting from a less than ideal laptop so I will let the others comments on the tonality.

A nice scene, great leading lines and I love the layers in the background.

I cropped to 4x5 to remove the blurriness in the top right corner. I thought it also emphasized the depth and mountains as Robert suggested. Also hit is with a touch of contrast.

Hey Paul...I was playing around with this image myself and IMO you hit the right balance. Good eye to Jose and nice adjustment to Paul...

Very nice, Jose. I think I like the original crop, and I experimented a bit with that one: Enhanced the blue in the sky and warmed everything below that -- a cool/warm combination that really is in the original shot but just brought out more here.

Hi Jose,
I like the contrast boost added but I'm with Paul on the blurry treetop on the right. I do remember you are OK with cloning out......so if you don't want to crop out the sky.....that would be the way to go.
Nice use of the shadows as leading lines.
