sort of surreal.

Surreal is the word and is Plastic Wrap a filter effect in cs4?

Katie, Yes it is if you go under filters>artistic you should be able to find it. The effect amount can be adjusted-you can also mask the area before you apply the filter so that it only goes were you want it. Give it a try.
