You need a Souix warrior on a panited horse to finish this one off. Love the snow in between the sage brush. And the lookout vantage point is a nice eye grabber. It must have been a nice hike in.

Kim,

You need about a 6 to 7 degress CW rotation on this image. I would also remove the cyan color cast.

The switchbacks on the mountain provide a sense of depth to the image and the clouds are in a good place in the image in the larger expanse of sky.

Kim, I agree with the above comments. I would crop the partial tree in the upper left corner also. The area looks like it has great potential and would be nice to visit the location in better light, but when you hike in you take what's presented. I'd go back.

Grady -
Wrong tribe for this area but got your point. Thanks for coming by and comment.
Robert and John -
Thanks to you too for your comments. I was surprised, I had that image in my gallery for years - Crooked! Sheesh! Sometimes it takes another set of eyes to see.
I did make some adjustments and here is a repost. I will return to shoot again someday too.

Thank you all.

Hi Kim,
Very good advice given above. I would still go with John's recommendation and remove the tree in the UL with a crop.......and I too like Grady....wish for a bit of a stronger focal point......but as a backpacker......I can appreciate the beaty of the place. Thanks for sharing!
