Cool pose and great angle. It needs a bit CCW rotation and I would sharpen the bird more. Maybe a crop off top and bottom.

I like the typical fishing pose you got, but this image needs CCW rotation and more room at left (and less at right). Good low angle, and the splash is a nice element to have.

Another vote for rotation correction. Agree about the nice low angle. I would crop off the bottom, add some to the left, and just consider cropping down to the top of the darker sand, perhaps even adding a little 'dark sand' canvas on top of the existing, to give a bit more room.
