I do like it, however I think a horizontal crop would work better bud.

Nice exposure and sharpness. A little more eye contact and less room at the bottom would improve the image. Perhaps a horizontal crop like Mike suggested.

¡Excelente! (As usual) :)
I also think that some room in the direction the owl is aiming would make it even better!

Details and light are great, just a bit more eye contact would have been great.

Excellent detail, and love the upturned wing. I agree, a horizontal comp would work better here. Still, an outstanding image, and very well captured.

I vote for horz. crop too. I do however, prefer your previous in flight image of this species. Thanks for posting. :)

Ramos -

These are fun birds to find and image. You have done well with this one.

They will not show up here for some time yet but I hope to get blind set up by burrow again this summer. I can spend hours in there watching their antics.

Ramon, Beautiful details and exposure-nice to have a few different angles of the same species in flight!

Thank you all for your kind words and suggestions, here's a repost I did giving the image a horizontal crop, I had to add sky as I didn't had any more room to the sides for this being a veetical image. I will also post the original full frame shot. Thanks again :)

I like the repost version much better. I would suggest keeping a bit more at the bottom though.
