Made this image while on a boat.I was so close,i had to struggle really hard to compose this guy in a descent manner. Comments and critics are welcome.

This is lovely, I's only lighten the face, too dark as presented. Composition is very nice and so is the BG.

Good pose and eye contact. I agree with Fabs, would remove the dark band at the top and find the frame too big. It is competing with the subject. Keep them coming!

I agree with above (lighten face and remove dark band at top). For web presentation a simple black line around your photo is sufficient...and this would also permit us to see the image itself a tad bigger :-) Keep them coming!

The image has potential.

I agree with others comments. Detail is there in the dark parts but hidden.

You have CS3 - Duplicate layer and with that layer active go - Filters> Convert for Smart Filters>Image>Adjustment>Shadows and Highlights>Set shadow at 15%>Activate mask by clicking box in Layers pallet and paint over parts of image other then the head neck with brush and black (possible not over dark at top of bg too).

Frames - For use on the web I personally dislike them but to each there own.
