A few days ago there was a very active pair of oystercatchers at Estero.

Great light and really fun pose with the open bill and raised leg. I like the low angle as well. Really nice image!

Great light, angle, pose and the open bill adds to it. I might sharpen it a bit more.

I share the same thoughts as others... great low angle, and cool capture with both the open bill and raised leg. Awesome light/detail as well... congrats!

Stunning light, and very well exposed. I like the raised foot, and this is nice and sharp too. Great image Adams.

Beautiful, love the open beak and raised foot. I'd remove the blob under his tail because it looks like you-know-what, even if it's not, and I'd sharpend the bird a bit more. Real nice work here in nice light.

Great looking fellow, sharpness, light and compo are great. The open bill adds to this one.
