Is this not the coolest plant? I saw this at my botanical garden last year up against a rock wall and couldn't get a decent image of it but I'm going back this year for more.

I love your intense colors and the black BG really fits with it. Can you tell us more about how you did this?

I thought for sure those whites were blown but I checked the histogram and they are all right there. Excellent!

Jose, congratulations on the composition...your subject is balanced and has symmetry in frame...the color rendition is dead on and the focus point and depth of field is superb...your choice of a black background showcases your subject very well...I like it...looking forward to your next one...:cool:

Julie no secrets on exposition, it's indoors with good lateral light, but I edited it with capture NX to dark a litte the BG.
