Have not submitted on this forum before but there were no birds around last weekend. 1 DsII, 24-105 with canon close-up lens, 1/800, f 6.3, ISO 400 Av +2/3 , handheld. Would appreciate comments/suggestions.

I really like this RIchard. The curve of the stem is very dynamic and the DOF just right to keep the majority of the flowers sharp. Pleasing BG rounds out an excellent image.

I like the DOF with the curve of the limb. It looks like the blossoms were just laid on the BG. Good stuff!

I concur...I wouldn't have minded seeing a hint of what's behind it but this is beautiful as presented. Nicely done!
