Neetha, welcome to the macro / flora forum! I see you're using the Canon S2 - watch out...they have a tendency to make you want to sell your house and buy a DSLR. (I should know...I shot with an S3 for a year before taking the plunge!)

I like your image very much...you did a beautiful job on the composition - a good strong diagonal is there to guide the eye throughout. I like the different textures of the grass against the petals - nice touch! I do think overall it is a bit dark - if you have access to software you might try to bring the image up a bit more. I'd also consider cloning out the yellow bit in the lower right corner (LRC) so it doesn't take the eye away from the beautiful daisy.
