This article (http://www.facebook.com/ext/share.php?sid=61259600924&h=X4lXA&u=pDA1q&ref=mf) discusses the latest controversy about the artist that took a photo from the internet (an AP Photographer's photo of Barack Obama) and then used it to make the famous HOPE posters without crediting or seeking permission of the photographer, and the subsequent litigation.
As for me, I'm 100% with the AP and the photographer, but what worries me is the trend or push by some to seek legislation to essentially weaken copyright protection.
This is something all photographers need to keep a keen eye on.
