CS4 - Arranging Pallets

In my CS3 workspace, I have the Info pallet placed directly above the Layers pallet. In other words, they're in one column. I forgot how I did it.

In CS4, the Info pallet appears to the left of the Layers pallet. How do I place the Info above the Layers, please?

Windows XP 16 bit.

The pallets that are activated from the "Window" show up as minatures to the left of the layers pallet.
You should be able to drag it from there to a spot between the layers palette and whatever is above it.
