"Quick Reply" box size

As I have been leaving more comments, I have been a bit aggravated by the height of the quick reply box. I often have to scroll up and down a couple times to get all my comments in, recheck content and grammar, etc. If possible, can that box be a couple of lines taller?

Perhaps this is your way of telling people to be more pithy.:D

At the top right of the message box you will see a set of arrows pointing up and down.
Just mouse over and left click the down arrow to make the box taller.
