I managed several parting shots of these two male Harlequin ducks as they swam off into deeper water. (the tide was coming in, and I was already ankle deep in salt water).

Great find, these ducks are so beautiful. Exposure looks good, too. I wish there were no shadow on the tail of the bird on the left and wish for more head turn.

very nice,wish the first duck had its head turned abit moreto you,I would clone the bottom left bit of sand and seaweed out inmo,but very nice shot.thanks.

If you could have moved to your left you would have been more square to the birds and had a better light angle. SH and EXP excellent.

Thanks for the comments and suggestions. My feet were already wet,(ocean water is cold at this time of year), trying to get these shots.
