Interesting with the sharp eye and the very blurred wings. Reducing the SATuration in the magentas would restore much of the lost detail and a SHadow/Highlight adjustment would do the same for the blacks.

Ondrej -
Agree with Artie's comments and suggestions - an unsual pose
The violet sabrewings are striking HB's best seen at La Paz in CR
For the image to be more effective, you needed greater DOF which is very difficult with a 400mm lens at F5.6 and 1/200 with ISO already at 400
Once again, IMHO there's too much flash effect on the bird resulting in the brilliant purple/magenta highlights. You may want to look at the following thread which discusses the effect of flash on HB's

Very nice composition and colors. This image would work better for me if the beak was sharp as well. Saying that, I know how difficult it is to photograph these super fast birds.

A very neat image. Love the colors. For me though there is just too much motion blue in the wings.

Great-looking bird and BG. Adding to the other comments, I would give it a bit more room.

Nice image. Nits noted, but it is WAY too big for the forum guidelines and it loads really slow.
