Beautiful symmetry here Rick. I prefer it when the water has a slight ripple as here- it tells you what is the subject and what is the reflection. I like the white on blue and lighting. The fly is slim pickings for an egret but I guess they'll take anything. I think a little selective sharpening on the eye may improve.

That water is glass and gives a perfect reflection! I might pull a "Roman" and crop it tighter. ;)

I like the captured moment, light and reflection and would sharpen the bird more. I would also crop a bit off the top.

Superb. I don't think it needs sharpening. The very slightested crop from the top maybe. it's a 10/10 shot for me.
