I was working on getting jump shots, but that didn't work out "as good" as I wanted... so we'll try again this spring. Here's my portrait of the lil fella.

Viewing the thumbnail I was going to said that the bird looked a bit tight but I have to say that the larger image is perfect in terms of composition. Very nice light, details and textures. Superb eye and pose. I like this image a LOT Mike, very well done! :-)

This can't get any better IMO, terrific and cute pose, stunnnig light and colors, great wood frame and lovely comp. Congratualitons!!!! One of my favorites lately!

Hey Mike - you need to post a cuteness alert with this one! :) Great pose in very nice light and a natural setting. Very sharp where it most needs to be. My only wish might be for a little more DOF to get the feet sharper.

This is just pure sweetness......from the framing to look the little one is giving you. Oh my....how I love this. A little more DOF would be wonderful.....but all is forgiven and forgotten when I see the little guy.

Super cute, I like the details, composition and soft light. I find it amazing that they don't break their legs when jumping down.
