I wasn't sure where to post this one...its always a love it or hate it
photo:p

This was in 2006 in Bosque, my first IPT. Art was explaining his technique
on blurs and zoom blurs, so I tried a few. One of the reasons I like it is it
almost has a painting look to it.

The photograph here is a snow geese blast off near and further in the distance,
I'll say middle left, is a group just standing around in the field.

Whats funny was my post processing. I started taking out these black marks.
I thought, boy, my camera sure had a lot of dust spots. As I looked closer, those
dark spots you see, they're the eyes!

I like it Doug Image has a good feel I like the distinct lines of birds within the frame Would do a little lighter and remember what Artie stressed ..... get a clean lower edge These type images work best with clean edges and the most important is the lower !!!!

Hey Doug,

I think it is a pretty cool image myself. Not sure where you can go with this image though in all honesty but fun to look at. I tried a bunch myself last trip to Bosque and have a couple I like but most kinda sucked *lol*

Keep em coming!!

I was looking at my raw file. I did crop this from the bottom. Probably wouldn't
help the image any more cause its mostly all a blob of white geese.
