Good job catching him in flight. Your whites and details are good as is your light. I like the cornstalks in the FG as they add a sense of environment. However, the two tall ones near the tip of the left wing are mildly distracting. Nice work on your exposure here, whites look great on my monitor.

Very nice shot indeed. I agree with Joel - the corn stalks are nice, but a couple of them are creeping in a little close to the subject.
