Hi Bonnie - Like the pose, you have a good head angle and a nice BG - some of the whites look a litle hottish on my screen - COULD just be my screen.

Keep them cominmg :)

Great portrait, I like the composition, BG, details and soft light. The whites look good on my monitor.

I love the texture and details here, especially in the neck. The goose's pose is perfect and eye contact is excellent. The tones in the soft BG really complement your subject, good job on isolating him. The whites look okay on my monitor except perhaps at the bottom of his neck. It might be worthwhile to subtly tone down that area. I am wondering if this would look good with an 8x10 aspect ratio. Very well done, I would be proud to have one like this in my files.

The only thing that is possibly holding this back from perfect is the blade of grass on the bill.

Splitting hairs I know, but this image is IMO outstanding!
