Excellent. I never knew that Costa Rica held such magnificent scenery.
This looks a tad underexposed. Maybe a levels adjustment?

The comp works well and I like the repost. only thing to add is a small crop from the right to remove the bright branches near the edge. They draw the eye a bit.

Hello David, and thank you for taking time to work my picture.
The original is more or less like your repost but I wanted to play around with light and tried to make it look dramatic.
One of these days I am going to upload another version of this image with the suggestions included. Thanks for all your input.
And yes, Costa Rica has a lot of diversity, not just wildlife but also scenery, one thing we don't have is snow though. :)

Juan,
The added tonal range (your second post) is the way to go. Paul's crop suggestion is right on. Good composition.

Hey Juan,
another vote for the re-post. You could also clone/patch the brighter twigs if you are not against such things. Nicely done!
