Lovely capture of the female cardinal Paul and good detail and a lovely head turn. However I do find the branches in the BG are a bit distracting and fight for my attention and also would like to see more room to the left as the bird is centered in this image. Thanks for sharing Paul,

wow, this one works well for me. sharp from beak to tail. & the darker body colour goes well with lighter background colour too.
