Taken last December while visiting Yellowstone. There were several herds of Elk and we were able to capture a few images on our return.

Nice work Judy. The grass with Snow makes a perfect FG and BG to situate him in. Just right head turn shows off the rack well. Nice going.

Nice one Judy! However if it would have a stronger photograph if you would have chosen a wider approach...but that's just my personal taste with images like this.

I like the BG, pose, and shagginess of the fur. Color tone says winter. I agree with Jasper that I'd like to see this a bit wider although it works as presented too.
