Despite their successful comeback with more images being posted, combined with years of posted Homer images, I never tire of seeing this majestic bird. The low number of replies to nice eagle images here suggests that photographers may be tired of seeing such photos, but here in NY, they are still not so common that we take them for granted yet. Canon 500mm F4 IS handheld at F7.1

Very lovely flight pose Jeff and I like the slight head turn and eye contact too. Did you use S/H to lighten up the under wing at all as it appears a tad dark. Very nice timing Jeff and many thanks for sharing.
