This photo was taken mid morning on a good sunny day on the North Bull Island in Dublin. I love the reflection of the light in the water on the bird.

I like the light and pose. It could go a bit brighter for my taste and I would crop some off the top.

The duck is lovely, the foreground grasses not so lovely Sharp with good EXP but as Axel mentioned could go a bit brighter. Head position a bit less than idea---wish the the head was angled just a bit more toward you. last wish: a bit more room behind the bird.

It is great to see you posting here--I am not sure if we have any other folks from Ireland. And thanks a ton for your membership support. We llok forward to seeing more of your work.

Thanks for the critique - I have one question. I agree with you all about it being a bit brighter. The problem is that in LR2 and CS4 it is much brighter but when I export it as a JPG it turns out much darker - any ideas?
