Here is one from last year. Since I just can't seem to get to processing new images, loaded at work. Hope to find some time to comment here soon.

Spectacular, one of the most lovely shot I´ve seen of this species. Comp, detail, colors, perch, BG all is preety much perfect to me! Light seems to have been a very little bit harsh, but not bad at all. Congratulaitons!

Everything in this image works perfectly for me Krijn. The BG and FG are fabulous and the light is really nice. I am just thinking about anoy¡ther round of noise reduv'ction or a touch of gaussian blur to the BG. As always, excelent image.

Excellent shot, great job on the exposure in what looks like a lot of light. I love all the green in this shot. Only nit would be agreeing with Juan about running a blur on the BG - there is one spot in front of the bird's right eye that needs a little smoothing out

Lovely shot of a beautiful species. The unbroken green seaweed makes a great backdrop.

I would clone out the white dot on the rock directly below the tip of the beak. Other than that, I really like your shot.

Lovely habitat for this non breeding plumaged bird.
Very nice details.
