This is Rocio Hernandez, the "Bag Lady". Rocio owns a hand bag store in Taxco Mexico...and lives with her family on the second floor above her store...this is a family business where they make the bags by hand from scratch...her customers come from the neighboring towns to buy from her. Rocio took over the business from her mother; who at the time was in her mid nineties, and still helping out.
