After a little delay in getting to Eco Pond in the Everglades this morning because my driver and friend, (better known as Alberrrto) he was clocked by a federal cop at 76 in a 55 MHP zone and of course got the winning ticket. This was about the only thing left flying. And to make things worse I forgot to re set my ISO from last week late afternoon shoot.

Hi Mr. O,
It was nice meeting you guys out in Flamingo this morning...I like the capture...the Spoony is placed well in frame, you have nice details in the under wing, but I see traces of noise...I modified your image by re-cropping tighter, adjusted the mid tones and lightened the under wing, selective sharpened the eye and wing feather contour...see if this presents best to you...

Like the crop, but I see a halo around the head on your re post. What gives my friend?

Great story Oscar and sometimes life's a bust. Nice Spooney and can't wait for the next one. Don't be late. Nice angle and great colours; too bad about the noise. Dave

Hi Oz - gorgeous pink wings - we only get white ones over here. Gus's repost has improved it at the cost of some Halo's.
looking forward to the next one.

Oscar, you must have gotten the last one leaving. Al was right, they're all gone by 8am. Let's go again soon. Leave earlier, Alberrrrto will not have to speed.

PS: I saw you guys get pulled over, where was my camera then?

.... you guys were not there before Seven :D

btw I am amazed the officer didn't end up escorting you guys all the way to Echo Pond :) Sorry about the ticket !!!

The ISO really did you in for this one Oscar Not sure what was the comp but looks like it needed a little more light. With all birds with white heads is difficult, have enough for the under wings and there goes the whites on the head !! Soft overcast is the key !!!! Did you get Ospreys !!!
