I USE MY NIKON 500M/4 AIS LENS ON MY CANON 40D VIA ADAPTER. RATE AT ISO 800 1/2000SEC F5.6 MANUAL FOCUSING. THE WEATHER IS NO GOOD:(, THE BACKGROUND IS GREY, SO I MANUPULATE THE BACKGROUND BY PS CS3 TO CREATE THIS DREAMY MOOD:p.
THX FOR LOOKING, PATRICK

It is certainly a dreamy bg, like the head turn and the bill on your KF's are amazing! Nice colors as well.

I might be tempted to crop a bit of the top and just a bit of the right, who knows maybe some of the left too, to make it more of a vertical?

Hi Patrick!

I'm with Nonda here. Try this, move your image down using the slider on the right of your screen, move it down till the top of the screen is right in the middle of that dark stripe in your background and take a look at the image....looks stronger to me right there. Of course there are probably other ways to do a crop but this would be my choice.

That is a beautiful bird, where did you make this image??

That's a gorgeous bird, Patrick! You did a fine job although I agree with the others that you can find a stronger way to crop this image. That bill and the purple-blue color on the back feathers are amazing!

It's a very nice photograph. Especially the colors I like. Concerning the cropping, try to use the Rule of the Thirds and place the eye where the imaginary lines meet each other.
