For my debut here I was wondering which image to post to shed a good light upon myself. I said what the heck and just went with one I took today. I know the heads hot. I was trying to dial in the better beamer when he flew over and I think this contributed to it.

Welcome to BPN! Very nice first post. I like the pose. The light looks a bit harsh and I would apply some S/H to get more details in the shadows. Keep them coming!

Big Welcome I like the action framing and behavior As Axel noted the light is harsh Regarding the flash at that shutter speed don't think you got any light to the bird Looking forward to many more !!!!
