I took this picture last year at Ding Darling.Don't know why I didn't raise the Iso at the time:confused:

Seems to me your ISO200 worked very well here. Like the feather details. I would leave more room on the right and sharpen the eye a bit.

A superb composition and image...congratulations...I like this...the color rendition and natural details are dead on...the reflection is symmetrical and provides balance...you have a very good head angle with a crystal clear eye...well done...:)looking forward to your next one...:cool:

Hi Adams - agree with Gus very nice - nice reflection to boot. Well done.
Onmy screen the head/eye looks a little soft.

A very lovely Heron and reflection and I don't see any softness in the head/eye. Very serene.

No clue why would you set a Mk3 at that low ISO at any time for birds? btw for images like this one you could raise the ISO big time if needed since it will show very little noise !!! Big Congrats !!!

The simplicity and colours of this shot are beautiful. Don't notice any lack of sharpness in the head/eye area. Might frame it with a thin black line.
