Filemon,

Nice and sharp on the eye and cool blur on the wings. You can strengthen the composition by giving more room in the front. If cropped, do a re-crop. If tight add canvas and extend the BG forward. The BG could use some noise correction.

Beautiful colors and the wing blur is a nice contrast to the detail in the feathers.

Nice photo and agree with Robert's comments
As for id: i think it's a male magenta throated wood star and not a violet ear which is a much larger HB
It shows the purple gorget, white collar, and white side patch with rufous underparts characteristic of the MT wood star
where did you take the photo?

Beautiful colors and nice wing blur. I agree with Robert in needing more front room and some noise reduction. This is a gorgeous bird.
