Going to Alexandria

From the bus on the way to Alexandria. All trips were interesting to say the least and exciting !!

All the way from Cairo to Alexandria we had a police escort, one police car right in front, one truck packed with army soldiers behind and others lurking around. Siren blazing all the way which made for interesting reaction form the population. Not really sure the reason it seem to antagonize many of the onlookers !!!

They said it was routine but not sure. Had to stop for an emergency along the way (sick person) and before we got out of the bus the soldiers were deployed around the rest stop !!!

I'm going to Cairo at the end of February for a trip with an FAU professor, who opened it up to the public as well as his own students.

No it was a fes years ago Wouldn't bother going to Alexandria !!! Will be fun !!
