Have a great Christmas too!
They have me cooking for Christmas eve dinner for 30....45 pounds of Pernil (pork shoulder)...only day not allowed out of the house. I still haven't figured out how they get the Ukrainian to cook the meat with all the Cubans down in Miami!

almost forgot the specs again.....F22 for 1/80 sec. and ISO 800 with the twin lights at -2/3.
