I'm not thrilled with this image for:

The perch is so un-inspired: but I don't get much to say about that.
I just could not descide how to crop this; again the perch offered little inspiration.

Mark the image looks really muddy and lacks details. I am thinking that it must be due to the uploading process. I think that a little more room at the left would improve the comp. The perch is not the best but, fortunately, it si tiny and not very distracting. The pose, BG and eye contact are great.

I agree 100% with Juan's comment, I would also suggest a bit CW rotation maybe and a bit of sharpening.

Great light, pose and BG. I agree on lack of details and would put the bird a tad further to the right in the frame as it is a bit centered for my taste.

I liike the simplicity, but do wish for more detail. I would also try to de-center the bird a bit.
