Taken at Alligator Farm last spring. I fixed a couple of light spots (sky in the BG). Canon 20D, 500mm IS, f-8, no flash.

Gentle critique, Jack: The light angle, although it backlights the feathers, casts shadows on the face and bodies of the chicks, also they are a little too tight in the frame for my taste. Alligator farm is difficult for nesting birds and great for flight shots.

Nice critique by Susan. In addition there is a fair amount of compression artifact. Remeber that you can post images up to 200 KB in size; this one is only 30 KB. Thanks for sharing!

Cute birds and a good EXP but you have cut off their feet. Flopping over to VERT would have prevented that.
