Here you are this Red-backed Shrike female took this past summer. I hope that you like it and thank you for your comments :)

Nikon D2x, Nikkor 200-400 F4 VR, ISO 200, 1/500 F6,3, tripod and hide.

Quite lovely. Nice soft light, sharp, and a wonderful upper right thirds COMP. I wish only that you had included all of the spent flower in the llhc. Nice pose and head angle.

Great light, details, setting and BG. I might either go for a wider crop or clone out the flower on the left. Keep them coming!

I like to see this guy with part of its habitat and you did very well but the composition but I have to agree that the flower in the lower left corner should be showed complete in the frame. The BG and light are both superb and love the shrike pose. Very good job Kiko

I really like the 'stairsteps' of flowerheads leading up to the shrike- very pleasing details/colors and a nice alert pose from this colorful species. Very well done Kiko.
