Red Fox Sitting
Headed back down to Wheat Ridge,CO on saturday as the radar showed some clouds would roll in. They never did but I got a few nice shoots. Really need a nice cloud cover to get these little guys consistently lit in the varied shadow and light of the cottonwood branches.
This was taken 5 minutes into my morning, it ran right up to me to about 10 feet away, walked back and forth, then for just a few seconds sat down like any good canine. I do not feed or bait them in.
I did some heavy photoshop-ing, like burning and selective curves, and a few masks, to try to keep the highlighted fur on the right under control.
