I captured this guy at Giant's Castle swooping in at high speed. I like the purposeful look of concentration and the angle of the wings - makes me think of a fighter plane.

Chris, this image has a wonderful action feel. I can see the intent look of teh bird as it is hunting. The sky has a super smooth and interesting color to it that sets off the bird well. On my monitor here at work it looks nice and sharp. No nits from me on this one.

Thanks for the comments guys:). THis was from a tripod in the hide in Giants Castle. Not a particualrly large crop, only about 20%.

Really great image again Chris, with top light and pose. It may be my monitor at work but it looks like there is some 'ghosting' above the birds right wing and some noise between the alula and wing on that side too...perhaps a missed spot with niose reduction on the BG? Great image all the same.
