I like the setting, soft light, details and BG and would only give it a bit more room right and bottom and clone out the white spots in the BG (snow?).

Lovely light and pose, great detail in the plumage and soft BG. Wish you had more snow?

Did Dave get married yet?

thanks very much, yes it is snow, and yes we had a heavier snow later, it was an almost blizzard! I think David is still planning his wedding, and he is doing very well., trying to talk him into a trip to Florida next week!

You never cease to surprise me with your workshop images. Maybe a tad more room at the bottom......but what a wonderful scene......moody BG......intense stare of the Goshawk......pine tree. Oh how I wish I could get time off to come up there. Well done.
